Troubleshooting Tips

Desktop Access: The AHA ebooks can also be read (but not downloaded) from a desktop computer. Go to (login required from offsite). Locate the ebook, and click 'Read' to view the ebook content.

Login Error Message (AHA):

  • If you are onsite at Huntington, you do not need to log in to the AHA website with the provided username and password. This often produces an "incorrect username and password" notification.
  • If you receive a message that there are too many users who are logged in, you will need to try again later.
  • The login is not for the app. It is only for logging into the AHA website on your device in order to download the manual when offsite.

Browsers: If you are unable to complete the download, try another web browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, etc).

How to find the downloaded file: The downloaded ebook file can be found in your device's file folder. It will look like text or code, not a pdf. From the file folder, open the file, tap upload (iPhone users can tap on the box with the up arrow) then select Open In AHA app.

Expiration: The manual will automatically expire after 14 days. If you need to re-download it follow the steps to add it back to the app bookshelf. You may need to delete the app and redownload it.
